One of the most exciting activities in life is to be in contact directly with nature! Considering that the most amazing animals are found in the marine world & fortunately for all of us, we have in our waters majestic grey whales every year!
Eco Explorer Loreto has designed a magical encounter with these amazing marine mammals so you 're facing them very closely so that you can get the best picture ever of them or who knows, even they come to you to let you touch them and feel their skin. The tour is guided by a marine mammals specialist proudly Mexican and totally bilingual that will help you to learn about their behavior, habits and to take care about their environment.
SCHEDULE
- Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday departures at 8 am (min. 4 pax) January 1st through April 30th.
ITINERARY
- Departure from Loreto 7 am Santa Fe hotel and Villas del Palmar at 7:45 am
- Highway to Lopez Mateos on our van 1:30 hrs ride.
- Informative briefing about the Whales
- 2 hours on board watching whales, with biological & behavior
- Lunch time on local place.
- Getting back to Loreto and hotel.

- Pregnant woman are not allowed.
- People with heart problems are not allowed
- People with back and / or neck problems are not allowed
- People with balance or dizziness problems are not allowed

- Minimum age for children 6 years old.
- There might not be a bathroom on the boats
CANCELATION POLICIES
We consider a Reservation, as a promise – a promise that your reservation will be respected. We guarantee that your reservation will be available for you at ECO EXPLORER, therefore, we should follow the following policies:
- 48 hours prior to the date of your reservation, you will receive a full refund.
- Less than 24 hours is non-refundable (unless you have a medical certificate) in this case, you would receive the 50% refund or the option to change it to another day with 25% penalty charge.
The medical certificate can be valid up to 2 people. - If you do not show at meeting place on time (NO SHOW) or are late for the tour, is non-refundable. Please arrive at least 15 min. before departing for check in.
- If you don’t bring your coupon with you to check in, you could be subject to an administrative fee of 25usd.
- The activities can be cancelled due to weather changes or sea conditions.
